Shipping & Delivery
All orders are eligible for FREE U.S. ground shipping. Most orders ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. U.S. ground shipments generally arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders outside the US generally arrive in 2-3 weeks. Expedited shipping options are available on the Checkout page. Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when the order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer. Contact your local Customs office if you have questions about your country's import regulations.

Returns

Items can be returned to SOL REPUBLIC for a refund if the product was purchased from our official Web Shop within the last 30 days. Login to your account and click on Returns.   An item must be returned in its unopened original packaging. For more information, please contact support@solrepublic.com.

In the rare instance you have mistakenly received something other than what was ordered, we will gladly exchange that item for the correct item and pay for additional shipping as long as it was purchased from our Web Shop and it is returned in its unopened original packaging. For more information, please contact support@solrepublic.com.


Ordering

Placing an order from the SOL REPUBLIC Web Shop is simple:

  1. Click on the item you want to purchase.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select color, size, etc. if applicable. 
  3. Click the 'Add to Cart' button. Once you have added the item to your cart you can proceed to check out, adjust quantities, or continue shopping.
  4. To check out, click 'Proceed to Checkout'. You will then be taken to the billing and shipping information page.
  5. In the Billing Address section, fill in or select your Billing Address and choose "send to this address" or send to a different address.
  6. In Shipping Method section choose your shipping method 
  7. In the Payment Method section choose payment by credit card or PayPal Express Checkout
  8. Enter credit card information as required (or complete PayPal steps) 
  9. In the Review Your Order section, verify that all of your order is correct and click on the 'Place Order Now' button.
  10. On the Order Received screen click "Click here to print a copy of your order confirmation" to display and print your order confirmation. Your order confirmation number will be near the top of the page. Please keep this number for your records.

Viewing Orders

Q. How do I see or track my order?
1. Click on the Account icon at the top right corner of any SOL REPUBLIC web page and Log In
2. In the drop down menu, Click on the "My Orders" link

Q. How do I update/cancel my order?
You have 30 minutes after your purchase to log back into the your "My Account" page and modify your order. If you do not update or cancel the order after that time your order will be shipped.
