Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sound is amazing, when they work I bought these almost a year ago. Sound is amazing. The only issue is, the right ear has gotten very quiet. Contacted about warranty, and they need you to send them in. Willing to do that, but for the price you pay for these, they should provide you with shipping to send them in. I have bought cheaper items with free shipping for warranty. If this is rectified, I would be more than willing to give a five star rating, as these are really amazing when they work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The only earbuds I've ever had to use! I bought these my first pair back in 2016 when they were first released. The only issue I had was the USB became loose and wouldn't charge the case correctly however customer service helped me out and I was sent a whole new set! Other than that the battery lasted as long as they advertised plus I can use one till it dies then switch to the other one. The case also is a great way to charge your phone in the event of an emergency although it will use up most of the case's battery. I haven't had a need or want to replace them, however I'm more than likely going to upgrade to the 2.0 soon!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but needs a few things corrected Have used then for couple weeks. They sound great, bluetooth is very strong, I have had no issues with them falling out while working(haven't tried at the gym yet) . Calls have sound good on my end and no one complained or said I sound weird or distant. My one major complaint has been everything I've read said these were not set up in a slave/master configuration (meaning I can use either bud as a stand alone) but only one will work on its own no matter how I try to get the other to work without it. Battery life is ok(3ish hours) was thinking that if each bud worked individually(as stated) the I could get a full day of use, using one at a time

Cant get earbuds to pair with bluetooth

1. Turn off Bluetooth on your device you want to pair it with , 2. Make sure ear pieces are charged, once taken out of charger —->  3. Turn Bluetooth on , on device  .  4. On that same page on your device it will take up to 30 seconds to show “ Amps Air 2.0”  maybe less .   5. Tap on “ Amps Air 2.0” on screen .  6. Pairing them should be automatic.  Then you are all set . I’m using an iPhone X , I’ve also paired it with my Mac, on the Mac it was a little harder , idk why .  ———————————————— I have reset my Bluetooth settings .  Take them off the charger , they might be blinking red , go to phone settings , Bluetooth, turn it on , it should show Amps Air 2.0 . Tap the screen to verify . And the pairing should be fast . Good luck ! >_<!!

My right ear bud has gotten quieter, than the left one, all of a sudden it’d like the left one has all the sound and the right one has barley any and it gives my ear a ache, is there a way to balance the sound out so it’s back to how it used to be?

I usually notice this same issue with the sound when I have used the ear buds for long periods of time. Usually after 4 hours. I give them a break now after about 2-3 hours, also it gives  them time to juice back up and relax my ears. Sometimes having them in for a long time can cause some aching if your not used to wearing them. As far as manually balancing them out I don’t think that it’s possible since there is no way of sending a firmware update (as far as I’m aware of).

Only my left earbud connects to my phone how do I also make my right one connect also?

Often when Amps Air have problems syncing to each other, it is because they are being paired to a device before they can pair to each other. The complete syncing instructions for the Amps Air are as follows: (Note that an additional step has been added at #6 compared to the manual) 1. Turn off Bluetooth on your device and other Bluetooth devices in the area. 2. Take earbuds out of your case. 3. Press and hold Sol Button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button once on each ear bud to turn them on. 5. Quick press multi-function (SOL) button twice to put ear buds into pairing mode. 6. Give the earbuds 30-60 seconds to connect to each other. The earbuds should turn a solid white and green, and begin to flash together (sometimes the earbuds won’t flash together but they are still connected). 7. Turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to connect to. 8. Select “Amps Air” in available devices.

I’ve had my earbuds for over a year now, and I do love them, but....the right earbud is no longer syncing with the left (“R” keeps going to mono mode).  I’ve tried everything to sync them but nothing is working. Please help.
